I am loving my new place, it’s quiet, and peaceful. I’m near shopping center and places to eat. There’s a gym, a doggy park and a 24 hour swimming pool. I don’t have to take the trash to the dumpster, it’s picked up daily. Friendly neighbors. Very nice staff!

Recently moved in after settling on Terrace at OB for their amenities and spaciousness. Leanne was a great help every step of the way, answering questions/concerns promptly and accommodating any concerns to make the move-in process simple and exciting. Every staff member we see is friendly and says hello in passing. The apartment is clean and has great room and storage capacity, and the complex has been quiet and private. Very pleased with our experience at Terrace so far!

Very nice apartments. Precious and Gina were a lot of help during the application and touring, I can’t wait to move in. They have best amenities along with being able to use terrace at olde amenities as well, nothing better than having 2 pools to choose from in this years hot summer. UPDATE 4/3/2025: Shout-out to Ashlyn for making my move-out process painless and easy! Danielle and Presious are great, and were so patient with my millions of questions before moving in 😋! Presious made the signing and move-in quick and easy for me! Also, kudos to Presious and the maintenence team for their quick response to requests to get things just right my first week here so far! UPDATE 6/13/2024: Friendly and helpful office and maintenance staff make living here worry free! Only moved in 2 months ago, and everything has gone smoothly and with a smile! So far I'm really enjoying how quiet the complex is! Best of all it's right down the street from Guilford Courthouse National Military Park and the Atlantic/Yadkin Greenway!

All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Presious is one of the community managers. She is very nice and was able to guide me through the application process and was able to answer any questions I had. The maintenance team (Ben and Dionta) are very professional and quick with responding to service requests. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here.

I have been living here for about 1 year. The application process was fast and simple. The community is kept clean and quiet. My maintenance request are fixed usually within 24 hours. Precious is amazing and always extremely helpful with all of my needs and concerns as well as the rest of the staff. I love how they engage with the community by having events for residents to come and socialize. Overall I enjoy living in this community.

I have lived at this apartment for about 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience. I have lived places where the maintenance were poor and I could not get anything done. Since living here the Maintenance staff has been amazing. Every time I have an issue Dionta’ is quick and efficient. As a resident it is refreshing to have such dedicated and caring employees to keep you place together and make it feel like home. I can tell that he enjoys his job and the community that he works in! Thank you for always going above and beyond for me and everyone here ! You are appreciated !

Very encouraged by my dealings with the new management team. Alexis took the time to be very helpful to me, despite being swamped with other business. I feel very good about renewing for another year for my daughter and myself. EDIT: Updating my review to shout out Leon and Stephen from the maintenance department. Our issue required them to order and install new parts, and they were diligent in doing so!
