All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Presious is one of the community managers. She is very nice and was able to guide me through the application process and was able to answer any questions I had. The maintenance team (Ben and Dionta) are very professional and quick with responding to service requests. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here.

I have been living here for about 1 year. The application process was fast and simple. The community is kept clean and quiet. My maintenance request are fixed usually within 24 hours. Precious is amazing and always extremely helpful with all of my needs and concerns as well as the rest of the staff. I love how they engage with the community by having events for residents to come and socialize. Overall I enjoy living in this community.

I’ve been servicing the sites for Pressure Washing and the staff has been so easy to work with! You can tell they enjoy their residents and the residents enjoy them!

Moved in a week ago and had some issues and the same day the both have been fixed!!! The maintenance team and Gina the leasing specialist have made it the smoothest and best experience ever!!!! Thank you guys so much!

I have lived at this apartment for about 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience. I have lived places where the maintenance were poor and I could not get anything done. Since living here the Maintenance staff has been amazing. Every time I have an issue Dionta’ is quick and efficient. As a resident it is refreshing to have such dedicated and caring employees to keep you place together and make it feel like home. I can tell that he enjoys his job and the community that he works in! Thank you for always going above and beyond for me and everyone here ! You are appreciated !

Joe is amazing. He came and fixed my microwave and did an excellent job. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a friendly staff and friendly neighbors. Thank you, Presious, Danille, Gina, Dionta, Ben, Joe and Rodney. I appreciate you all so much. Thank you for all you do for your residents

Precious, Danielle, Gina and really personable and accommodating the moving process. Deonte and Jonathan have been really good with maintenance needs
