I am a fairly new resident at Terrace Oaks apartments. My moving experience was great and stress free. I really enjoyed working with Dynasty F. and she was patient, kind,understanding and a wonderful listener. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldnât change absolutely anything at all. Dynasty is the most helpful and caring staff member, that I've had the pleasure working with in my six years of residency here. JJ gets the job done. Keep the property clean and together. I would like to thank the two of them for a job very well done.

Very encouraged by my dealings with the new management team. Alexis took the time to be very helpful to me, despite being swamped with other business. I feel very good about renewing for another year for my daughter and myself. EDIT: Updating my review to shout out Leon and Stephen from the maintenance department. Our issue required them to order and install new parts, and they were diligent in doing so!
